By accessing or using Peppy Mail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use our services.

We may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Peppy Mail means you accept those modifications.

Peppy Mail provides tools for extracting email addresses from PDF, Word, Excel, and CSV documents and sending personalized messages to your audience. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

You understand and agree that the service is provided "as is" and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

You agree not to use Peppy Mail to:

• Send unsolicited commercial email (spam)
• Harvest or collect email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited messages
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Peppy Mail and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Peppy Mail, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
